At Emerald Queen Casino and Hotel, I’ve had the opportunity to shape and support marketing campaigns that reach guests across every part of the property. From writing and producing content to guiding the look, feel, and voice of our messaging, I work hands-on to ensure campaigns feel intentional, connected, and aligned with the EQC experience.
That includes everything from a monthly newsletter sent to over 150,000 subscribers to digital ads, social campaigns, print collateral, and in-property signage. Every campaign is a chance to tell a story—whether it’s launching a major promotion, unveiling a hotel package, or creating a moment guests will remember.
Shaped integrated marketing efforts across hotel, dining, gaming, and entertainment—each built around strong messaging and consistent storytelling.
Collaborated with local influencers and helped guide EQC’s digital voice to reach new audiences with authentic, community-centered content.
Contributed to EQC’s rebrand by aligning visual identity, messaging, and tone with the evolving guest experience and long-term vision.
Managed messaging across email, social, web, and print—while extending reach through media placements including Sea-Tac Airport, The Seattle Times, KING 5, and more.
Partnered with media outlets and brokers to support scheduling and optimization of EQC’s TV and radio campaigns, including two Super Bowl commercials aired regionally during the big game.
Guest recognition and community response have always been a meaningful part of our story. Some of our more recent awards include honors from the 2025 Best of South Sound Winner’s Magazine—acknowledging everything from our casino experience to dining and entertainment.
