HI! I'm Justin.

Hi, I’m Justin Center, Marketing Production Manager at Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel and a creative strategist passionate about bringing fans, brands, and communities together through unforgettable events and impactful campaigns.

Growing up as a military brat and athlete, I was shaped by environments that demanded adaptability, teamwork, and grit. That mindset drives how I lead, collaborate, and execute across fast paced projects in marketing, media, and live event production.

Over the past decade at EQC, I’ve helped shape some of the property’s biggest activations, ranging from casino wide promotions and rooftop nightlife to hotel campaigns, national partnerships, and live sports entertainment. I’ve had the opportunity to help launch our BetMGM partnership, open a brand new facility, and serve as a trusted team member through both the COVID closures and our strategic reopening.

I’ve also been part of the team helping define and evolve EQC’s brand across our properties. From creative direction to campaign rollout, I’ve contributed to a unified identity that resonates across digital, environmental, and in-person touchpoints. Along the way, our work has earned several regional awards and recognition across the entertainment and hospitality industry.

I lead our team’s marketing efforts around combat sports programming, spearheading promotional campaigns, guiding social strategy, and managing digital ad placements for boxing and MMA events. I also collaborate with talent agencies on national concerts and live entertainment, overseeing press outreach, ticketing strategy, and content development across print, digital, and social channels. I work closely with our media agency partners to strategize broadcast TV and radio campaigns, ensuring strong visibility and brand alignment across the region. From concept to rollout, I stay hands on to ensure every campaign delivers with purpose and impact.

We collaborate with top tier partners like the Seattle Kraken, Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders FC, SEA Airport, and BetMGM, executing campaigns that span digital, broadcast, and on property activations. I’ve supported major initiatives like EQC’s sleeve sponsorship of Sounders FC, the launch of EQC Pitch at Lumen Field, the EQC Tunnel Club at Lumen Field, and contributed to the Tribe’s involvement in Seattle’s FIFA World Cup 2026 Host City programming. I’ve also worked with community-facing partners like Metro Parks and the Washington State Fair to expand EQC’s presence regionally.

At the core, I love creating experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting impression. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and dad, and everything I build, personally and professionally, comes from a place of purpose and connection.
