believe sports are more than games; they are vital life skills that lay the foundation for long-term success. From an early age, sports teach discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities essential for thriving in life. This belief drives my commitment to coaching and mentoring young people, helping them develop both their athletic abilities and life skills.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching football at every level, from Pee Wee to high school. My focus is on developing leaders who value hard work, accountability, and resilience.
In addition to coaching, I’ve mentored youth at the Boys & Girls Club of South Puget Sound and the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties, helping them build confidence and achieve their full potential.

Football Coach (Pee Wee to High School):With over a decade of coaching experience, I’ve focused on developing life skills through sports. At First Creek Middle School and Silas (formerly Wilson) High School in Tacoma Public Schools, I coordinated practices, games, and student engagement. I managed travel, budgeting, and internal administration, and contributed to team branding through print and digital collateral. My coaching emphasized guidance, a supportive environment, and mentoring athletes in balancing sports with academics.
Mentorship at Boys & Girls Club and YMCA: As a military brat who grew up in youth services, I recognized the importance of positive role models and support systems. This perspective fueled my dedication to mentoring youth at the Boys & Girls Club of South Puget Sound and the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties. I aimed to provide a strong foundation for lifelong success, leveraging my own experiences to foster meaningful relationships and support.
Community Events and Volunteering: I have actively supported and participated in a range of community events. Highlights include playing in the Washington State Governors’ Cup Tournament, which benefits the Washington State Governors’ Scholarship for Foster Youth. I’ve also been involved in holiday turkey & food drives, where I helped distribute food to those in need. Additionally, I’ve volunteered with TacomaKidZ, a nonprofit focused on supporting underprivileged youth, where I’ve contributed to programs that uplift and empower young people in our community.
